READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING
•CANCELLATION POLICY:
Must give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. No call no shows and same day (24 hours) cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. ANYTHING WITHIN 24 HOURS COUNTS! If you got your reminder text- it’s within 24 hours.
If your card declines for the cancelation fee, it will be due before you can book another appointment with me.
After three last minute reschedules/cancelations you will no longer be a client.
If you are 15+ minutes late your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no show.
•HOW TO PREPARE FOR LASH APPT:
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP! It stops the pads from sticking to your skin and it can also get on your lashes.
Try to refrain from caffeine before your appointment as it can cause your eyes to flutter.
I do a complimentary lash bath with every appointment but If you come in with dirty lashes (from lack of cleaning and heavy makeup wear OR IF YOU HAVE MASCARA ON!!!) there will be a mandatory $10 lash cleaning fee added to your service for a deep cleansing, as lashes will not adhere to dirty lashes.
•FOREIGN FILLS:
If you are a new client to me and I’m filling on someone else’s work PLEASE choose the foreign fill option as I don’t know what I’m getting into until you’re in my chair. If you continue to go to me after I fill on someone else’s work the first time, you will then choose normal fill options. DO NOT USE THE 1 WEEK FILL OPTION!!!
If a foreign set is so damaged that I cannot work on top of it, I may determine that the best way to proceed is by removing the existing lashes. You then have the option to either:
Get a removal for free and be charged for a full set OR pay for a removal and decide not to put lashes back on. Full set may be scheduled for a different day depending on availability.
PLEASE NOTE FILL RETENTION REQUIREMENTS:
If your lashes do not meet the % requirements for a regular 2 or 3 week fill it WILL be charged as follows:
Less than 40%: 3 week fill
Less than 30%: full set
ANYTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS IS AUTOMATICALLY A FULL SET.
If you can count your lashes it’s most definitely a full set🙂
If you require a full set… PLEASE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY! If you don’t, and I don’t have enough time- you’ll have to be rescheduled to a different day when I have enough time to do a full set
At the end of the day, I just want you to be happy with your lashes.
More work=more time.
If you do not respect my time and constantly schedule a fill when it should be a full set you will no longer be a client.
•ALLERGY TESTING:
I do perform a free allergy testing! You’ll want to schedule it at least 24 hours before you are due to have a full set. I place a few fans on each eye as a patch test to see if you have a reaction to the glue. To schedule it, please hit the allergy testing option below.
*please note that allergy testing does NOT guarantee there won’t be a reaction with a full set as allergies can develop at any point*
Allergy testing is NOT required for you to book an appointment.
•NOTE:
Due to using my time and supplies for every appointment, refunds will never be issued.
I DO NOT allow children in the lash lounge. Your eyes will be closed for the entire duration of your appointment and you will not be able to tend to your child. I will not be responsible for them as it is a liability.
